Ind. Toll Road operator plans to file bankruptcy
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — The private operator of the Indiana Toll Road says it plans to file for bankruptcy Monday. Chicago-based ITR Concession Co. announced Friday night it has support from its lenders and creditors for a pre-packaged bankruptcy plan.
