Depending on when you fly, USAirways or Frontier offers roundtrip tickets at $245. (I think these are advance purchase tickets.) Use the "flexible dates" option on Travelocity to see how the fare changes as your dates change

Not much very cheap right now. Sales come and go, and there is no dedicated, low-cost service on this route. Southwest is $258; Allegiant go from Fort Wayne and they're $290. I think you're best to sign up for fare alerts here: http://www.farecompare.com/search/year.html?departure=IND&destination=LAS&p=1 ... and in the meantime, check here: http://www.bookingbuddy.com to see if you can do better than $258.

Northwest airlines operates this route non-stop... I found tickets from $360 round-trip...
