How long is a flight from Indianapolis, Indiana to Omaha, Nebraska?
I might be flying out to Omaha from Indiana to visit family there. I'm just curious because it will be my first time flying alone (i'm only a teenager) so I wanted a heads up on it.

Do you have your tickets? They will have departure and arrival times on them. If not, are you flying directly or do you have a layover somewhere because that will make a difference. In any event, bring a book or some music so you're not bored. I can't imagine the flight would be that long. NYC to St. Louis is right around 2 hours, so it's got to be less than that if it's a direct flight. I started flying when I was 8, so don't worry about it.

If you were flying direct, it would be just over 1 hour. Unfortunately, there are no scheduled nonstop flights between Indy and Omaha. You'll have to change planes somewhere (most likely Chicago or maybe St. Louis), and that changes the amount of time it'll take to get there.

Hi, Alex. There are no nonstop flights from here (I'm in Indy, too) to Cairns. So you'd have to stop in at least one airport, probably 2. The amount of time you're traveling would therefore depend on where you stop, and how long you have to wait in between flights. So, one set of flights to get you there could take longer than another. To find out some real examples, just go to a site like orbitz.com or expedia.com, or to an airline's website, and search for tickets. It will tell you the flight time before it asks for a credit card number, so once you see the flight time you can just leave the website without buying anything.

Hi. Well. It really ranges from 23h 40m to Sydney. And up to 28h even 32h depending on Airlines, and stopovers as all Transpacific airlines fly from either LA or SF (most commonly). So added on top you have to add the 3h 10m to Cairns (on Qantas). So all up, 26h 50m (without Sydney layover to Cairns) will be the quickest. Going to Europe and then across will be even slower. :)

Hi there, According to the AMADEUS booking system, to which I have access, there are no direct flights. The fewest number of changes that you can get is 3, which you can get by taking Continental. 1. Take the flight from Indianapolis to George Bush Intercontinental 2. Then connect with the flight to Guam 3. Once in Guam, connect with yet another Continental flight to Cairns Total journey time (including stopovers): 26 hours 25 minutes Hope this helped, JPJ

im trying to find a flight from Indianapolis, IN to Mesa, AZ that is the cheapest possible. I do not care what date it departs as long as it is this month. I need a round trip for 1 adult and one 6 year old child.

How long would a nonstop flight from Indianapolis to Seattle be?
I don't think there are any nonstop commerical flights but if you chartered a plane, how long of a flight would it be?

When I went from Indy to Orlando it was enough time to watch harold and kumar.

it would take just about 3 and a half hours or so give or take about 15 mins

If you flew Northwest Airlines, It takes 4 hours and 36 minutes non-stop from Indianapolis(IND) to Seattle(SEA). You can also book it with Midwest for the same flight and it will be operated by Northwest.It is NWA flight 301. And it depends on when you fly for the price.But, leaving at the end of July it is about $250 roundtrip, leaving next week its about $650 roundtrip. Have a safe flight!
